We appreciate those that invest in our community, a dedicated team of volunteers from traded their spreadsheets for shovels to support Greentopia‘s mission of urban greening.
The team descended on our urban farm site and by the afternoon it was transformed from an urban jungle to a spring ready garden, ready for planting season!
A huge thank you to our incredible volunteers for bringing their energy, teamwork and green thumbs to make a lasting impact on our community.

Exciting things are growing at Green Visions. 💚
This year, we’re working to make our urban farm more accessible, welcoming, and inclusive for our community.
Our planned raised bed garden will create new opportunities for volunteers and participants of all physical abilities, including individuals with disabilities and mobility limitations who may not have been able to fully participate in traditional gardening before.
The space will also serve as a living classroom for sustainable farming, nutrition education, composting, soil health, and hands-on growing.
We’re currently seeking donations and sponsorship support to help bring this project to life.

Bright spot alert 💚 Meet Julius Branch.
Julius joined Green Visions in March 2025 with quiet determination and an open mind. For many young adults, a first work experience can feel intimidating, but Julius stepped in ready to learn, listen, and grow.
Over the past year, he has earned his 10-hour OSHA certification, built hands-on skills in urban agriculture, supported the landscaping crew, helped harvest and sell flowers at the Public Market, and completed a four-month internship at a local logistics warehouse.
What started in the garden became something much bigger: confidence, work ethic, adaptability, and a clearer career path.
This is why Green Visions exists.
When young people are given the tools, guidance, and opportunity to grow, they can build futures they feel proud of.
