For 39 years, neighbors have gathered at various homes in the 19th Ward for a wonderful evening of good food, fun, and connection. This is a great way to meet new neighbors and connect with old friends. Here’s how it works:

The hosts generally provide the main course and the guests bring the side dishes, desserts, beverages, etc.

Hosts contact guests about time and place and other necessary details.

Guests note any dietary needs that can be shared with others to ensure everyone can share in the meal.

Some hosts might have added activities like games, music, and more.

Project offers free phone calls from refurbished pay phones In Rochester’s Monroe Avenue neighborhood, something old is also something new.

Orders now open for Monroe County's tree and shrub program Monroe County residents can now order native trees and shrubs to plant at their properties, part of a program to support environmental protection.
