📦 You Can Help Change a Life—One Item at a Time.

At Next Chapter Reentry Project, transformation often begins with the basics.

When someone enters our program, they aren’t just looking for a place to stay. They are working to rebuild their life, reconnect with family, secure employment, and create a future beyond incarceration. Along the way, everyday necessities make a world of difference.

That’s why we’ve created our Amazon Wish List.

From toiletries and cleaning supplies to kitchen essentials, bedding, office materials, and items for our children’s programming, every purchase helps us create a safe, welcoming environment where individuals and families can focus on restoration instead of simply getting by.

The best part? You can make an immediate impact by adding an item to your cart.

A bottle of shampoo. A set of towels. Laundry detergent. A pack of notebooks. These may seem like ordinary items, but in the hands of someone working to build a new future, they become symbols of hope, dignity, and a community that believes in second chances.

If you’ve ever wondered how you can support our mission, this is one of the easiest and most meaningful ways to do it.

Take a look at our Amazon Wish List using the link in the comments and consider sending an item our way. Every donation, no matter the size, helps us continue refining lives, restoring families, and helping people successfully reacclimate to the community.

Thank you for believing that a new chapter is always possible. ❤️

Today, we celebrate and thank one of our longstanding community partners, Eagle Rock Bank, for selecting Next Chapter Reentry Project as a recipient of its Soaring Hearts Award.

The Soaring Hearts Program reflects a powerful belief: when communities grow together, more lives can be changed. Through volunteerism, charitable giving, and a steadfast commitment to community stewardship, Eagle Rock Bank supports organizations that make a lasting difference.

For years, Eagle Rock Bank has been more than a financial partner to Next Chapter Reentry Project—it has been a champion of second chances, restoration, and hope. Their continued support helps us provide housing, mentorship, workforce development, and family reunification services to individuals and families impacted by the cycle of incarceration.

We are deeply grateful to the Eagle Rock Bank team for believing in our mission and for recognizing the importance of creating pathways to successful reentry. Together, we are helping people not simply survive, but truly find their next chapter.

Thank you, Eagle Rock Bank, for your generosity, your partnership, and your commitment to building stronger communities.** đź’™

We were honored to welcome Bishop Robert Barron and representatives from the Roman Catholic Diocese of Winona-Rochester to the Next Chapter Reentry Project campus in Rochester.

During their visit, we had the opportunity to share the work being done every day to support men, women, children, and families impacted by incarceration. We discussed the challenges individuals face when returning to the community and the importance of providing holistic support that addresses physical, emotional, social, and spiritual restoration.

We are grateful for the Diocese’s interest in reentry ministry and for taking the time to learn more about how collaboration, faith, and community partnerships can help individuals successfully rebuild their lives.

At Next Chapter Reentry Project, we believe that every person deserves a second chance and the opportunity to write a new chapter. We look forward to continuing conversations with community and faith leaders who share a commitment to restoration, dignity, and hope.

Thank you, Bishop Barron and the Diocese of Winona-Rochester, for your visit, encouragement, and support of reentry efforts in our community.

We can now go further together because five generous donors believed in our mission. This is more than just a vehicle. It is another tool that helps us fulfill our mission of serving individuals and families impacted by incarceration.

With this van, we can now:

âś… Provide transportation for program participants to employment opportunities

âś… Assist residents with medical, counseling, and recovery-related appointments

âś… Transport participants to educational and workforce development programs

âś… Expand access to community events, church services, and support groups

âś… Better serve families and children participating in our Little Legacies and Legacy Risers programs

âś… Increase our capacity to respond to the practical needs of those working to rebuild their lives

At Next Chapter, we believe that transportation should never be a barrier to someone taking the next step toward stability, recovery, employment, or family restoration. This van helps us remove one more obstacle and create more opportunities for success.

As we continue to Refine, Restore, and Reacclimate lives, we are grateful for the donors, partners, volunteers, and supporters who make growth like this possible.

It’s official!

Our first-ever annual golf fundraiser will be on July 11th at Soldiers Field Memorial Golf Course, and we would love to see each of you there and participating.

We’re hitting the green to fund something much bigger than a trophy. Every registration and sponsorship directly fuels the “Next Chapter” for families in Southeast Minnesota—providing the stable housing and faith-rooted mentorship that makes restoration possible.

There are four ways to get involved today:
⛳Assemble Your Team: Start reaching out to your favorite foursome. Whether you’re a pro or a “scramble specialist,” every golfer helps provide a second chance.
⛳Become a Sponsor: Position your business or church as a champion for restoration. We have several tiers available to help you make an impact.
⛳Contribute to the Auction: We are currently seeking high-quality raffle and auction items to help us reach our fundraising goals.
⛳Join Our Volunteer Team: Not a golfer? We’d love your help with check-in, hosting a hole, or keeping the energy high throughout the day.

This isn’t just another day on the course; it’s a day where the Southeast Minnesota community comes together to fuel Insurance Freedom for the men and women at Next Chapter Reentry Project. From providing a safe home to restoring family bonds, your participation on July 11th directly funds the “Next Chapter” for our residents.

Registration and sponsorship details are found here: https://www.nextchapterreentryproject.org/ncrp-golf-fundraiser-registration

It’s National Volunteer Week, and at Next Chapter, we’re celebrating the heartbeat of our mission: our volunteers.

Volunteering here isn’t about checking off a to-do list; it’s about the power of being there. Restoration doesn’t happen through a program—it grows through steady, faithful relationships. Whether you’re sharing a meal or a prayer, your consistency is what makes the difference.

Here are a few ways to get involved:
â–  Walk alongside someone weekly as they navigate their new chapter.
â–  Provide a meal for our community or help with practical needs around our homes.
â–  Join a group session, help at an event, or commit to being a dedicated prayer partner.

You don’t need a specialized degree or a perfect background to make an impact. You just need a willing heart and a little bit of time.
