With equally sad and happy news we are posting tonight to say good bye to our great friend/coworker/coach
Jason has been with us for 5 years. His unwavering perfect tumbling advice and his witty dry sense of humor will be missed.

Some of the coaches are gone this weekend in Vegas to support owner/coach Stephanie Jones. Cheer coach on as she competes at the largest bodybuilding event in the world! To watch check out the PPV at mrolympia.com OR you can join us at the gym as we stream it live!

Congrats to owner/coach for winning the Toronto Pro Supershow last week. Coaches , and came to support. We can’t wait to watch her in December on the biggest stage the Olympia!

Messing around between back handsprings and aerials
This video is 6 years old of one the hardest working clients we ever had. She asked me how long to get her back tuck to which I replied “minimum 6 months” she replied “watch me” she did it in 1.5 months! All these attempts were on her accord. Watch till the end.
