3rd shift - 11:00PM - 7:30AM



$16/hr - 40 hours/ week

We are looking for a hard-working Dispatcher to join our team!

As a Dispatcher at our company, you will answer calls and communicate with our clients and our staff to send the appropriate response.

Dispatcher duties and responsibilities



Receive and answer calls

Proactively address problems and suggest solutions

Receive and dispatch orders

Assess the situation and prioritize calls

Oversee the route of field units and track the delivery status of products

Coordinate schedule in the most effective manner

Inform field units about orders and traffic

Track and update call logs and data in software programs

Provide reports to upper management



Dispatcher requirements



No previous experience as a dispatcher is required

Fast typing skills

Experience in data entry is a plus

Outstanding organizational and time-management skills

Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Team player

Great interpersonal and communication skills

High school diploma

We are looking for a highly motivated and reliable Dispatcher that is a team player with a great attitude and excellent communication skills to join our team.
We provide full training. No experience is needed.

Responsibilities will include:

• Entering pickup/delivery order requests both, internal and third party
• Schedules drivers for next day pickups
• Collaborate with management to keep daily orders updated in the portal
• Collect information with vendor/driver to close open orders
• Contact all vendors to notify pickup date and time
• Work with drivers and vendors to promptly identify and resolve pickup exceptions
• Be the key communication point for the vendor, Driver, and customers
• Investigate delivery discrepancies
• Receive and process delivery reports from warehouses
• Weekly report of operation performance scan, pickup, and deliveries

Requirements:

• Must be proficient in various PC applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• High School Diploma / GED required
• Ability to multitask
• Must have strong problem-solving ability
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to work independently and lead others in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour

Shifts available:
15:00pm - 23:30:pm
23:00pm - 07:30am
