Marriage isn’t for:
The selfish
The insecure
The egotistical
The weary
The unforgiving
The desperate
The loudmouth
The unteachable
The jealous
The critic
The lazy
The lustful
All of the above, I was. it was an encounter with God that changed me. Marriage is a revealer of our truest nature. Your spouse is the mirror.
You can have a healthy manageable marriage even if you fall into the list above. My marriage survived but it was only because of Jesus. Become whole as a single person so when you meet your forever your journey together is beauty and not ashes.
