What an incredible week of conversations, connections, and shared passion for the fire service. We were honored to meet firefighters, industry professionals, distributors, and visitors from around the world, each bringing their own stories, experiences, and perspectives.

A sincere thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth. Whether you came to try on a helmet, learn more about Phenix, or simply introduce yourself, we truly appreciated every interaction.

We leave Germany with new friendships, stronger partnerships, and memories that will last for years to come. Thank you for the warm hospitality and for making INTERSCHUTZ 2026 such a special experience.

What makes this photo even more special is that this isn’t just any gear. The helmet was generously donated by our incredible partners at Phenix Fire Helmets, and the bunker gear was donated by Viking Turnout Gear. To many, they’re pieces of equipment. To us, they’re symbols of opportunity.

Because of partnerships like these, young women can step into gear, discover their potential, build confidence, and experience the fire service in ways they never imagined possible.

💜🔥 CAMP FIERCE STILLWATER 2026 IS IN THE BOOKS! 🔥💜

As we close the chapter on what we hope is the first of many Camp Fierce Stillwater events, our hearts are absolutely full.

This weekend, we watched an incredible group of participants do things they never thought possible. They conquered fears, pushed through challenges, stepped outside their comfort zones, built lifelong friendships, and became family. We watched confidence grow with every evolution, every challenge, every encouraging word, and every small victory. They arrived as strangers and left stronger, more confident leaders.

One of the greatest gifts of Camp Fierce is not only watching our participants grow—it’s watching our volunteers grow right alongside them. Every year, our volunteers continue to step into new roles, take on new challenges, and discover strengths they didn’t know they had. As a founder, it’s a unique and humbling perspective to witness more than 50 women from different backgrounds, different departments, different experiences, and different walks of life come together as one incredible team with a single mission: to show other women where the door is and remind them they belong.

This weekend was full of courage, laughter, mentorship, hard work, and more memories than we can count. And somehow, Oklahoma even gifted us some of the best weather we could have asked for in June!
