Yesterday, our Planning Department conducted inspections for a model home complex within a large residential development currently under construction. Following a thorough review, the project successfully passed inspection and is approved to open its model homes this weekend as scheduled.

Inspections like these help ensure new developments meet County requirements and are ready to move forward for future residents and visitors.

The Riverside County Planning Commission is holding a public workshop at 9 a.m. on June 3 to discuss the requirements of AB 98 and SB 415 to establish a Countywide truck route system. Project TEAM students stopped by Riverside County Code Enforcement today and showed off the real world skills they’re building in Riverside USD’s Adult Transition Program!
This program supports young adults ages 18-22 as they gear up for post secondary life through vocational training and independent living skills. They’re leveling up through Project Grille, where they plan budgets, earn food handler certifications, and sharpen their kitchen skills — plus PT Café, where they learn barista basics. Today they helped serve Code Enforcement with total professionalism, and we’re excited for the future when our fully permitted kitchen will let them serve meals made right in the classroom.
