The Pneuma Collective

I am sharing some of our meditations on the Insight Timer App.

It's one of the few platforms that has a lot of free meditations and helps facilitators create spaces that people can enjoy meditation without having to spend money, and if they feel called, they can support their favorite teachers there.

With that, I have included my "Light Embodiment Chakra Balancing Meditation" there for free (normally available for purchase on the website) and will be including many more free meditations before adding any paid series there.

I am also offering custom-made meditations for those who want something that is very specific and focused for you. More coming on that soon!

The first of many free meditations we will be offering to those who subscribe to the newsletter for The Pneuma Collective.

The idea is to have plenty of accessible meditations, sound healings, and ambient tracks across many different platforms both paid and free.

I have been a meditation practitioner for a long time; however, in the last year, I have become a facilitator of guided meditations. This is interesting to me because I never thought I would be comfortable recording meditations, let alone having them out in the world for others to hear and use to help others.

Writing, producing, mixing, and editing these meditations has been incredibly satisfying, and there will be more to come. I have more free meditations in the works for subscribers to the newsletter, free video-based meditations that will show up here and on YouTube, and even a way to have individual, intuitive, custom meditations for purchase.

Things are moving along as they should. Finding more of what I am supposed to be doing in life is incredibly fulfilling.

Anyone who knows me knows how vital Meditation has been in my journey. It was my gateway to understanding myself, being present, and calming my nervous system in the most chaotic times.

Practicing meditation was the cornerstone of my discovery of ways to rewire my brain, change my thought patterns, and help my thoughts reorganize to work efficiently with my neurodivergent brain.

I had never thought of creating or facilitating my own meditations until I was asked by Shannon to help her relax and to sleep.

It was the path I had been on the whole time, however, did not realize it.

The feedback was immense and thus calling was heard. It's why I create meditations, general guided meditations and also custom intuitive meditations for those in need of something deeper and more specific.

It's so important to me and I love that I get to share it with the world now.

We have created a meditation and ambient track for the Seeds of Light Underground Sound Journey.

This is the ambient track that played during the Seeds of Light Underground Sound Journey at the Strataca Underground Salt Mine on April 26th, 2025. It includes recorded parts from all over the country that Shannon Jarvis had captured. From rainstorms in her backyard to the wildlife in forests and mountains of Washington State, and all places in between. Mixed with magical toning sounds of bees' breath, chimes, and other incredible sounds. This track is 2 Hours and 44 Minutes long and is meant to be the soundtrack to your relaxation, your creativity, and your meditations.

The meditation that we had created specifically for the mine, with the intention of clearing and focusing healing light on your Chakras, is also available.

This meditation is one used to calm your nervous system and help clear your chakras, one-by-one, protecting and infusing them with a healing and calming light, to bring you balance and peace. This is a connection meditation that will help you open and lead with your heart and connect to a world wide grid of love and understanding.
