Meet Your Regional Tournament Directors👇
If you played a Sun Country Junior Tour event this season, you probably crossed paths with one of them. They keep the day running on time and make sure every group gets a fair, well-run round.
This season, two regional tournament directors have helped kick off events across the region. Ross Thurik runs events in the north, and Gordon Nelson covers the south, from the lower half of New Mexico into West Texas. Both opened the season at the Jr. Americas Cup & Jr. World Qualifiers at Santa Ana Golf Club, and both have spent their lives in golf.
See them at your event this summer? Say hello!
