Changing weather can affect our routines, our comfort, and even our patience. A few simple habits can help you stay comfortable and composed as the seasons shift:

🍁 Notice what triggers frustration when routines change.
🍁 Take a few slow, deep breaths when you need to reset.
🍁 Give yourself extra time when changing weather disrupts your usual routine.
🍁 Dress in layers so you can adjust as temperatures fluctuate.
🍁 Keep drinking water throughout the day.
🍁 Adjust your space to stay comfortable, whether that means opening a window on a cool morning or blocking out the afternoon sun.

A little preparation can go a long way toward helping you keep your cool this fall!
