**WE'RE HIRING! **
The Factory Bar is looking for an experienced bartender to join our little family of misfits, cocktail enthusiasts, and all-around good humans!
We're more than just a neighborhood bar. We're Richmond's Living Room—a place where regulars become friends, strangers become regulars, cocktails are taken seriously (ourselves, not so much), and there's always something happening.
We're looking for someone who knows their way around a busy bar, has a passion for great drinks and genuine hospitality, works well with a team, and understands that being a great bartender is about so much more than what's in the glass.
If you're experienced, personable, dependable, community-minded, and know how to have a little fun while getting s**t done, we'd love to meet you.

Sound like you? Send DM us your resume and a little about yourself.
Know someone who'd be a great fit? Tag them, share this post, or send them our way!
Cheers from The Factory Bar!
