The new ACO Primary Care Flex Model from CMS is poised to be a lifeline to low-revenue and rural ACOs. This model is expected to provide qualifying ACOs with one-time, advanced MSSP payments of $250,000 to keep the doors open, support value-based care delivery, and ramp up health equity efforts.

You must apply to the Shared Savings Program by June 17 to be eligible for the ACO PC Flex Model.
