This August, we’re celebrating the teammates hitting another work anniversary with us. Whether it’s been 5 years or many, every milestone comes with plenty of projects, laughs, lessons learned, and probably more than a few meetings along the way.

DSI is incredibly grateful to have joined Operation Gratitude in San Antonio for a meaningful day of service.
Members of our team and their families worked side by side with other volunteers to assemble care packages for the brave men and women who serve our country. Seeing so many people come together for one purpose was a powerful reminder of how much can be accomplished when a community leads with gratitude.
Every package was prepared with care and served as a small way to remind our service members that their dedication and sacrifice are seen, valued, and deeply appreciated.
Thank you to Operation Gratitude for allowing DSI to be part of such an impactful experience, and thank you to everyone who volunteered their time, energy, and heart.

Since joining DSI at the beginning of 2026 as a Senior Project Manager, Whitney has already made a major impact by helping lead a large-scale initiative supporting more than 300 employees.
