There are only a limited number of licenses available, and due to budget constraints, the purchase of more is not possible. There is currently an issue involving Turnitin in eLearning. Users who attempt to submit or access Turnitin assignments in eLearning may be directed to a Blackboard Integration Warning page with an Error: 302 message.
