Today's Construction Update is on 4821 Thunderbird Loop in Thornton. The build-out for Heaven's Best is on track to be completed this week! Two of the other spaces, SilverStar & Mills Concrete, are well on their way to completion. We still have one, second floor space available for Lease in this beautiful building.

Today's Construction Update is on our brand new retail strip building located at 286 E Moody Rd in Rexburg. Underground utilities have been installed, part of the foundation slab has been poured and lumber is being stored on-site. We are excited to announce that we have a couple of tenants secured, Great Clips & Sip-N Drinks & Treats. There is still space available!

Today's construction update is on our project for Sterling Urgent Care on Moody Road in Rexburg. Siding, paint, flooring & cabinets have all been completed. The parking lot will be paved shortly, and they will be open for business before we know it!

Our first multi-tenant retail development next to Walmart in Rexburg. We have some new options this project will bring to Rexburg that we are very excited about.

Venture Builders would like to announce the groundbreaking on our newest project located at 286 E Moody Road in Rexburg. This 12,000SF multi-tenant, retail strip-building is located next to our Sterling Medical project. There are still a few tenant spots available for lease/build to suit.

Today's Construction Update is on 4821 Thunderbird Loop in Thornton ID. This 3-tenant commercial building is now fully leased & the interior build-outs are well under way. Exterior finishes are wrapping up with the completion of the siding installation & the paving of the parking lot.
