This week marked our very first tech rehearsal with The Revel Players, our new resident theater group. They've been hard at work rehearsing several one-act plays and will be performing them, readers theater-style, for the very first time in our community next week! We're so proud of all the residents who are taking advantage of our new arts programming to hone new skills, dusting off dreams, and performing for the very first time in their lives!

Our resident vocal group, "Revel-ation", had another successful concert! This time around, the group has swelled to triple its original size and continues to offer our residents a chance to participate in a meaningful art form themselves, as well as bringing joy to fellow residents, their families and the surrounding community. We are so proud of this group and our amazing resident experience coordinator, Emily who uses her professional background in music to guide this amazing group!

We were thrilled to serve as an official host site for National Senior Health and Fitness Day this year! Residents formed teams and enjoyed a full lineup of fun, active challenges in everything from brain fitness to axe throwing, plus swag bags and raffle prizes to top it off. We’re excited to continue creating meaningful, health‑minded experiences for our community.

Our first "Mystery Outing" of the season was a big hit! Residents boarded the community shuttle with no clue where we were headed. Where did we go? A tropical-themed frozen yogurt shop where they loaded up on tasty island-themed delights!

We're still buzzing about this week's World Bee Day celebration at Revel Lacey!

In honor of the holiday, the Revel Lacey team put on a special event in recognition of our favorite pollinators, including the bees they have on-site in their very own community honeybee hive and brand-new pollinator garden. With an assortment of local and resident springtime vendors, flower arranging and other bee-themed crafts, and a live honey tasting hosted by beekeeper Colin from Catacomb Bee Collective, it was a wonderful celebration of bees and all the beauty they help bring to our community.

Our community loves a reason to celebrate! National Mimosa Day was a fabulous excuse to host a Mimosas and Masterpieces art class, where residents sipped delicious champagne mimosas while creating their own unique masterpieces led by local artist Zoe Bray.

Our community celebrated National Fruity Cocktail Day with a fun "Forbidden Fruit" party featuring live ukulele music, delicious and beautifully carved fruit appetizers, and of course, our signature fruity cocktail: "Better with Age"!

Our Executive Director, Mark, and Business Office Director, Tonya, went head-to-head once again at our 7th annual Margarita Throwdown, where bragging rights go to the creator of the best margarita as decided by our residents. This year's tie-breaking win went to Tonya!
