One thing that really stands out about Gloria is her ability to find and work on the tiniest muscles that often get overlooked. I came in with a stubborn knot in my shoulder, and she patiently worked through it, finding ways to gently relax and release the tension without forcing anything! Throughout the session, it felt like she was learning my body and adapting her work in real time. The result was deeply relaxing…

Gloria loves massage because she gets to help people feel better, and she genuinely enjoys receiving bodywork herself.

Led by licensed music therapist Goose (Eric Gieseke), this experience blends mindfulness, sound healing, ACT + DBT-based principles, and peaceful imagery to support mental and emotional wellness in a grounded, approachable way.
