Hello Reno! Wow it's been a few years huh? I think the last time we did anything was during 2020!
Well a little update on us...we have a little guy, he's 4 now; Hector got injured and had surgery, Catie went to beauty school, 1 big kid graduated high school and the other big kid is headed to freshman year in the fall.
And with all that being said, we are thinking it's time to have another meeting/meetup...

One of the many things we do for our community!
Hector and Catie are on a non-profit board of directors called Mercury Momentum. Their main project is organizing Reno Earth Day at Idlewild Park. Last night we celebrated our sponsors and volunteers that help us put this event on.
Thanks to these awesome people we get to spend our extra time with.

Anybody else feeling very busy? Where is all this energy coming from?
I have like 5 or 6 things I am either doing or want to start doing.

Reno Earth Day volunteers needed! Volunteer meeting dates as follows:

Free mulch from the Christmas 🎄 recycling program!

Are you planning on a bit of spring planting or landscaping? Remember all those Christmas Trees? This is what we did with them! Now you can use the FREE mulch in your landscaping to prevent weeds and add some texture to your landscaping. Please contact the Bartley Ranch Regional Park rangers at (775) 828-6612 to arrange a pick up for the mulch! If you need landscape ideas and plants, see our friends at Moana Nursery. Happy Mulching!
