The perfect appetizer this fall. Cream cheese and everything but the bagel seasoning pumpkin! 16 oz. cream cheese room temp (2 logs) 1 cup freshly shredded cheddar cheese 3 chopped jalapeños seeds removed 2 Tbsp garlic salt 1 tsp. ground cumin Everything but the bagel seasoning The top of 1 bell pepper for stem garnish Serve with: crackers pretzels, or veggies. Or spread on bread or a bagel. When wrapped in plastic or parchment, use strings and make the shape of an heirloom pumpkin. Remove and it's molded into shape. Tag someone who you would enjoy this with 🌱🎃

Almost 16 years ago, when we (Rous and I) moved from Puerto Rico to Milford, Delaware, Perdue Farms became our first job. For 12 years, this company was more than a workplace—it was a school where we learned invaluable lessons about hard work, teamwork, and even the foundations of business.

Fast forward to today, after 7 years of running my own bakery, I am humbled and deeply grateful to have had the opportunity to cater lunch for the 1,400 incredible employees of Perdue Farms.

This moment is so meaningful to me—not just because of the size of the order, but because of what it represents. This is a company that supported me when I first arrived in this community, and now they continue to support me as a small business owner.

Thank you, Perdue Farms, for believing in us back then and for believing in small businesses like ours today. Your support means the world—not just to me, but to so many small businesses trying to make a difference in this community.
