Restoring Hope. Building Futures. Strengthening Communities.
Who We Are
Project Club Refuge is a community outreach organization dedicated to helping individuals and families overcome barriers to stability and success. Our mission is to restore hope by connecting people with housing opportunities, employment resources, practical support, and compassionate care.
We believe every person deserves dignity, opportunity, and a chance to build a brighter future.
What We Do
Housing Assistance
We work to connect individuals and families with safe and stable housing opportunities. Through partnerships and community resources, we help people take the next step toward independence and security. We are also investing in off grid properties for living opportunities to low income or homless.
Employment Opportunities
We assist community members in finding meaningful employment by providing job resources, referrals, guidance, and support that can lead to long-term success and self-sufficiency. We are currently Supported by Salon "Jamies Sun Spa" of 14 years in busness and newest (Hamill Kanski, Jamie Lynn) "Wildland contracting" with vipr. Wildland contracting will provide a summer temp job for the right person.
Mobile Salon Outreach
Our Mobile Salon Outreach travels throughout Central Oregon, providing haircuts, grooming services, encouragement, and personal connection to those who may be experiencing hardship. Hoping to expand our travels soon.
A haircut is more than a service—it is an opportunity to restore dignity, build confidence, and create relationships that can lead to life-changing support.

About Our Mission
Project Club Refuge (PCR) is a growing community initiative dedicated to helping individuals and families move from homelessness and instability toward hope, security, and self-sufficiency.
The vision began with Jamie Hamill-Kanski, a sole proprietor and contractor working in wildland fire services, and has continued to grow through the work of Jamies Sun Spa LLC, a business that has spent the last 14 years supporting people experiencing homelessness and hardship.
Our goal is to create a sustainable community where families can live, work, heal, and build brighter futures together.
What We Are Building
We have already purchased a 10-acre agricultural property that will be used for farming, milling, storage, and food production. We are now raising funds to purchase an additional property that will provide housing and support services for:
Families experiencing homelessness
Individuals seeking a fresh start
Foster children in need of respite and support
Community members working within the farming and housing operation
Our vision is to create a safe and welcoming environment where people can rebuild their lives, reconnect with family, learn valuable skills, and become part of a supportive community.
Funding Needs
We are seeking grants, donations, sponsorships, and community partnerships to help fund:
Property acquisition for housing
Building materials and infrastructure
Agricultural equipment and supplies
Food production and storage facilities
Community support programs
Housing and operational expenses
How You Can Help
We welcome support in many forms, including:
Financial donations
Grant opportunities
Volunteer assistance
Building materials and equipment
Professional services
Community partnerships
Together, we can help provide housing, restore hope, strengthen families, and create opportunities for people to thrive.
To New, Yet Old Beginnings
Our mission is simple: help people off the streets, rebuild families, and create a community rooted in hope, love, dignity, and opportunity.
If you would like to participate, partner with us, or learn more about our project, we would love to hear from you.
