This first recipe is Asian Chuck Roast. Sooo incredibly delicious with a new twist on this familiar cut of beef! It takes it from Grandma’s Sunday Pot Roast to a new flavor explosion in your mouth! Add some homegrown local carrots from and some white rice you most likely have on hand in your pantry and you have dinner!! Keep this to yourself or… invite guests over to join you! We have so many corn 🌽 stalks available in the market! $6 a bunch. Think outside the box of putting them outside. Instead cut them shorter and use for an inexpensive floral for your Thanksgiving table.
