HEY EVERYBODY! Please come out to support us and our "farm" this Earth Day, Saturday, April 23rd, @ American Legion Park in Redmond, across the street from the High School and Rays. We'll show how to make your own jiffy/peat pots from scratch using newspaper and having an Organic Vs. Conventional taste testing! Moon Mountain Ramblers will be playing, and there will be a creature parade. SO COME ON DOWN

Residents save their municipalities valuable tax dollars by composting at home. Backyard composting is much cheaper than municipal collection and disposal.
Compost bioremediation has proven effective in degrading or altering many types of contaminants, such as chlorinated and non-chlorinated hydrocarbons, wood-preserving chemicals, solvents, heavy metals, pesticides, petroleum products, and explosives.
Mature compost can control several plant diseases without the use of synthetic fungicides or fumigants.
