Things are winding up on the acquisitions of the 20 ac apartment project on Alabama and Orange ave in the city of Redlands we have a final approval for 330 units . We have demolished 5 of the nine older homes none with any historical significance. The investors that I put into intial investment on various size pieces all doubled their money . Most Current project. 20 ACRES R-3 Compiled from 8 separate owners. We rezoned part of it while in escrow. Approval pending for 350 luxury apartments.

Hampton Heights. 435 Acres were purchased from Bank of America at foreclosure for $4,000 per acre. We built Hampton Heights, 450 homes and 18 hole/public/private golf course. Sold this site for $21million. It is located between Redlands and Yucapia.

Redland's Town Center. 36 acres of raw land was purchased for $4.5 millon. The mall was constructed on 25 acres and later sold for $65 million. The remaning land was used to build 350 luxury apartments. Great profit on both ends.

This was one of my first and biggest returns for a client. In 2002 I purchased 424 acres of land in Carlsbad, California for a Korean equity investor from Korea. We purchased the land for $55,000 per acre. This property is now occupied by Lego Land, The World Headquarter.
