⚡📚 Killer Contract Clauses Training with NECA Southern Sierras

Pam Scholefield with Onsite Pro Development presented “Killer Contract Clauses” yesterday at a Lunch & Learn hosted by the Southern Sierras Chapter NECA.

The session focused on subcontract provisions that can significantly impact subcontractors and how understanding these clauses can help teams manage risk before signing a subcontract.

Based on attendee evaluation surveys, participants said they especially appreciated:

✅ Reviewing examples of problematic contract terms
✅ Seeing samples of modified clause language
✅ Understanding the differences between pay-if-paid vs. pay-when-paid provisions
✅ Learning about notice requirements
✅ Identifying the key terms and conditions that most impact construction contracts
