Introducing the Barnhaus- A new predesigned plan set design available for purchase on our website! We are starting to move into single family dwelling plans - and this 1500 sf modern Scandinavian design boasts an efficient and simple layout, focused on conventional construction and connection with the outdoors. This plan also has the option to add a garage if needed.

We will be adding more new home designs to our catalog in the near future as well - with the goal of making great modern design attainable for everyone.

Working on a really exciting 3D printing housing development in Colorado! Here’s a peak at the interiors of our smallest 1500 SF concept model. The plans feature a recessed living room, high sloping ceilings and floor to ceiling glass, as well as finished concrete walls.

What are your thoughts on 3D printed homes? Could you live in one?

Starting construction on the new The Adventure Challenge headquarters in downtown Redding! 🎉. It's great to see such a unique and historic building on Oregon Street reimagined and have new life! Our goal was to create a space that highlighted and enhanced the existing space to become a office environment that people love to spend time in. Stay tuned for exciting construction updates!⁠

Introducing the Streamline - another 3d printed concept house we’ve developed for !

This design is inspired by the concept of indoor-outdoor living, where the lines become blurred between the two. Exterior courtyards become the main feature of this house, with 3d printed concrete walls curving to shape rooms around the courtyards to create private outdoor spaces that feel like an extra room in the home. The shapes of the rooms resemble that if trapezoids that open up to the courtyards centered within the house.

With 3d printing technology we are also able to explore tapering the walls in and out and sloping the walls in order to create dynamic interior and exterior spaces that traditional construction can’t achieve.

A residence concept on the boards for a spectacular west Redding property along the Sacramento River. The upper level fans out to create a V shape of two volumes, one private and the other public, each stretching out over a lower level space, toward river and city views beyond. The lower level “third wing” connects each upper wing to create a trapezoid shaped house, enclosing an inner lower courtyard that is visible from every part of the home and accessible from the front of the home through a landscaped pathway that meanders under a glass entry bridge. This design layout will create an amazing living experience for our clients! More progress images to come..
