🎙️ I had the opportunity to join the Why Redding Podcast with Cassandra Sandmeyer recently, and it was a great conversation about business, community, and opportunity here in Shasta County.
When I moved to Redding in 2005 looking for a better quality of life and opportunity to start a new plumbing business. What I found was a community full of opportunity, strong relationships, and people who truly support one another.
In this podcast episode, I share:
• Why I believe in an abundance mindset and how it has shaped my business
• How family values and mutual respect drive our company culture at Custom Plumbing
• The impact of BNI and the “Givers Gain” philosophy
• Why community involvement, including the Asphalt Cowboys, matters to me
• My advice to local entrepreneurs: "Don’t be the obstacle"
Redding has given my family and my business so much, and I am grateful to be part of building something meaningful here.
