This features a nice custom home built here in Redding with a Detached RV/Garage.

At the time this was one of the larges commercial projects going on in Redding. It was a rewarding to be a part of as Goodwill is certainly a well know company to work with. This was a 30,000 sf renovation of a commercial space. It completely changed the feel of the strip mall and added a fresh new look. Here are just some of the sheets provided in this drawing package along with some before and after photos.

This was a great project to work on and features a 40 acre property with 2 custom homes, horse barn, and storage barn. All have been built and it was a vary successful adventure!

This is a beautiful vacation home at the top of Shasta lake located in the O'Brien HOA community. This was a vary rewarding project to be a part of.

Where do we service? This is a great question. I have uploaded an area map that outlines the primary areas we cover. However, we are happy to travel much further south to accommodate a clients needs to find a good, reliable, and affordable drafting company to work with them on their project. This is a small little spec home for a client in Shasta Lake City (2019)

The first project of 2020 is finished. This deck project was great to work on and will be awesome to see completed this year. Not just any deck, this was a two tiered deck on the side of major hill side and fantastic view.

This is a 2019 project that was an absolute blast to be a part of. Taking this older single story home and completely renovating it to a gorgeous 2 story beautiful and current home was fantastic. There is nothing better than seeing the before and after of every project like this. The pictures show what it is like now and the drawings show what it will be. Permits are issued and I am looking forward to it being built this spring (2020).
