There was enough candy for more than 2,000 packets, most of which already have been distributed at community events, through agencies and counseling centers, during community sessions at Shasta College and outside high schools.

Redding Soup is tonight. In honor of make a differences day we are doing a non perishable can food drive for the Shasta College Student Assistance program. The event is tonight 6-8 at the Shasta College Main Campus Cafeteria. It is the back entrance. Remember $8 gets you soup, salad bread and a vote. Hope to see you all there.
