The turnout has been incredible, and we truly can’t thank this community enough. We also appreciate everyone who’s been patient with us as we work through the little kinks that come with opening a new location and settle into our rhythm.

Well… our “one more day” turned into one more day… again. 😅

The good news? We officially passed our Health Department inspection! 🎉

The bad news? Our oven apparently did not enjoy the move. And since we’re kind of known for baking fresh bread every day… we refuse to open until we can do it right.

No fresh bread = no Subarama. 🥖❤️

We’re working as fast as we can to get our oven back up and running, and our goal is to open Sunday. Thank you all for hanging in there with us and for the incredible support you’ve shown during this crazy move. We promise it’ll be worth the wait!

Well… we really thought we could pull off a miracle. 😂

Turns out we’re just humans fueled by coffee, pizza, and pure determination.

We’ve been working around the clock to get everything ready, but we need just one more day to finish things up and make sure it’s perfect.

Today and tomorrow we’ll be hard at work packing up nearly 30 years of memories and moving Subarama into its new home.

We may be covered in dust, surrounded by boxes, and running on coffee… but we couldn’t be more excited! 💪
