The Load Matters. You need to put more weight onto your exercises for Glute Growth. Cable kick backs, light and slow lunges, are not the Meat and Potatoes. Heavy Hip Thrusts, Heavy Barbell squats, Heavy Reverse Lunges (with a short step, stop stepping back so far!!!). Everything else comes second.

So many ways to Train. There is no “right way” only the way needed for your Goal. But when you train with me you can be damn sure you’ll have a Beautiful Squat and Fantastic Technique across the board in many lifts. I Teach, not just sit you on a Machine.
