Far Northern Regional Center is excited to announce our FNRC Banner Art Contest!

Individuals supported by FNRC are invited to submit original artwork inspired by nature and representing one of the nine counties in our catchment area. Artwork chosen will be printed on banners for the new Redding FNRC building.
