Some people have watched Lumberjacks grow, Nikki has been part of it from the very beginning!
Since our original Redding restaurant opened in 2004, Nikki has welcomed guests with a smile and watched generations of families grow up right alongside us.
When she’s off the clock, Nikki loves reading, boating, spending time with her pets, and enjoying her favorite season, summer. Her go-to Lumberjacks meal is the Turkey Melt, but she says everyone needs to try the Ultimate Breakfast at least once!
