This role is a great fit for someone who wants more than a direct support position. As a Case Manager, you’ll lead a small team of Life Coaches, support adults with developmental disabilities in building independence, and work closely with families, regional centers, and internal teams.

Position Details:
📍 Orange County
🕘 Full-time | Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm
💰 $27.50–$29.50/hr starting pay
🌱 Growth up to $36.50/hr
🚗 Hybrid role: office, field & meetings

What you’ll need:
• Bachelor’s degree
• CA driver’s license + reliable vehicle
• Must live within 25 miles of Huntington Beach
• 1+ year supervising others preferred
