My pantry used to look like a pile of canned jars waiting to fall. Once I started using a mason jar organizer, everything finally had a spot.

JarMax keeps all my canned jars organized, sorted and protected from breaking. If your small pantry feels too crowded or unorganized, this really makes a difference.

I used to pray my jars wouldn’t crack in storage… now I don’t even think about it.

My apple tree produced an abundance of apples this year, and I'm focusing on processing most of them into applesauce.

Here's a simple applesauce recipe that does not require coring or peeling.

Ingredients:

Apples (as many as you’d like to process)

Instructions:

Wash the apples and cut them into quarters. No need to peel or core them.

Place the apple quarters in a large pot with a little water to prevent sticking.

Bring the apples to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer until the apples are soft (about 20-30 minutes).

Once softened, run the cooked apples through a food mill. This will remove the skins, seeds, and cores, leaving you with smooth applesauce.

Enjoy as is, or add a pinch of cinnamon or sugar to taste, if desired.

Voila! Your applesauce is ready.
