The dreaded home inspection that shows the dry rot and fungus. This was a fun project.

I have installed about 4 of these automatic water shut off devices in the last few weeks. Seems they are becoming more popular as insurance companies are requiring them. They are super cool and connnect to your WiFi and phone app. Imagine being on vacation and getting alerted that your water shut off because it detected a leak. Peace of mind if you ask me!!
