Oldie but goodie- the benefits of microgreens are astounding! It is a privilege to work with and consume this plant magic on the daily.

We are very excited and grateful to the Chico State children’s program for keeping their order for this week- last year we got to participate in their harvest of the month program and we are so honored to have been asked to participate again providing a custom order of 25 # of sunflower and pea shoots for all the elementary school children in ! Despite school closures, all the kids will have the opportunity to enjoy and benefit from the nutrient density of these powerhouse greens!

This week has been a whirlwind of canceled orders for us so this large order is truly saving our bacon! Unlike many farm friends who are seeing their orders for shipped products skyrocket, we are seeing a drastic 80-90% decrease in orders as all of our restaurant orders have come to a screeching halt.
