Opening up ✨ Labor Day ✨ for pet sitting, also hoping this calendar helps those Type A planners with a visual to see when I will be available. I can always refer pet sitters to those who need care on days I am closed.

August is full for solo walks, pack walks are open to those that qualify (ask me how to qualify 😝). I have some dental education training and vacations in the month too. If you are looking to start your four legged friend with Simple Tracks now is the time to inquire! I love to book ahead so ask me about Sept / Oct!!

Pets are #1, but you trust me with your home 🏡 too. I started in 2022 with the slogan “curated pet care” meaning I will customize, provide and deliver the care each of your pets need. And when you’re not there to notice the nuances, I take the time to assess if there is something I can do elevate care. I don’t want you to come home to chaos! So if that means I water the plants, check the mail, wash the dog beds so they are fresh, scrub bowls and straighten up it’s my treat to you!

A quick update! Thanks for the feedback on my brainstorming 🧠
Starting off : simpler billing, invoices will be dates, frequency and a flat rate based on service time + mileage. No more itemized list per visit. 🐾 Now each client will know what each walk or mid day check is and can plan accordingly. Hope this helps to simplify processes and for new clients in August, you’ll be transitioned already. Existing clients will start 9/1, hoping that gives my pet parents the time to evaluate their needs. You guys all rock! And I am looking forward to more change as we all grow together. cats

Today was a long, hot day, but it is always rewarding to see my clients and know they are starting their day well cared for. The dogs were happy, the water bowls were full, and I only questioned my life choices a few times in the heat. ☀️🐾

The behind-the-scenes side of running a small business is often overlooked, and for me, it has definitely been the most challenging part. Scheduling, invoicing, marketing, bookkeeping… it turns out walking dogs is the easy part!

This July marks one year since I made the decision to become fully self-employed. I am incredibly grateful for the continued interest in my services and for the ongoing support of my wonderful clients who trust me with their pets and return month after month.

As Simple Tracks continues to grow, I appreciate everyone who has been part of this journey. For now, it is still just me behind the leash, the schedule, the invoices, the emails, and everything in between. So when you book with Simple Tracks, you are getting me, myself, and I.
