🥁Join us for the Native Men’s Talking Circle: Healing and Wellness on June 24, 2026, at the Redding Rancheria Tribal Health Center. This gathering is a space for Native men to come together, support one another, and focus on healing and wellness in our community.🪶

The talking circle will be facilitated by Marcelo Banuelos. The event starts at 6 pm and goes until 8 pm, and dinner will be provided.🥗We hope to see you there for a meaningful evening of connection and support.

📢About Marcelo:

The Redding Rancheria Recovery Department would like to introduce our new Men’s Talking Circle, facilitated by Marcelo Banuelos. Marcelo is a lifelong resident of the Shasta County region, raised throughout the traditional homelands of the Ajumawi and Atsugewi peoples of the Pit River Tribe, where his roots run deep. He is also of Wintu, Ojibwe, and Indigenous Sinaloan heritage through his father, and he holds deep pride in all his ancestry and the generations who came before him.

As facilitator of this traditional men’s talking circle, he shares that he comes not as someone with all the answers, but as a fellow traveler, committed to creating a space where men can speak honestly, listen deeply, and remember who they are
