Zone training and VO2 max workshop. I'll be doing a live VO2 max test and and are gonna be putting it on and talking through different zones. Come watch, bring your question's, and gain some knowledge to help your training! Gonna be a good one!

April: you were nothing short of a wild time. Life this last year has tested. I believe even in the challenge and hard that good can come, that each of us was given our own version of gifting for this life, if only we can learn to live through the fear and being to trust the journey.
After all what do we really have but giving our best and leaving it at that.
