Queeraoke is coming back to The Tropics.

Tuesday, June 16, we’re teaming up with NorCal OUTreach for a big gay karaoke night with a chance to win a spot singing on the main Pride stage On June 20th.

Signups start at 7:30pm
Contest runs 8–9pm
Big gay karaoke party from 9pm–late

Bring your best song, your fans, and give us a performance, hunty.

The Official Redding Pride Afterparty is happening Saturday, June 20th at The Tropics, benefiting NorCal OUTreach.

SHELLY IS BACK.

Our weird little Tropics ritual has returned with a new vessel, new stickers, and a photo wall to cement you in bar lore.

The Shelly Shot is officially its own thing now: a house shot, served from Shelly, complete with the chant, the sticker, and your “one of us” moment.

The Tropics Challenge is back May 1–31!
Grab a card at the bar, complete the squares, and have your bartender mark them off as you go.

5 squares = drink chip
10 squares = drink + hot dog
15 squares = merch + entry into the $50 gift card + VIP card giveaway

It’s bingo-ish. It’s rewards-ish. It’s mostly an excuse to come hang out.
