Eviction moratorium has abused landlords long enough. Finally, some good news for landlords…
If you serve a tenant with a 3-Day Pay or Quit Notice, they can easily counter with an Affidavit of Economic Hardship due to Covid-19… and well the landlord is pretty much out of luck? Right? No, that’s just what “they” want you to think.

The CDC issued a "final extension" on the moratorium on evictions that will expire on July 31st. However, California, has extended the state moratorium until September 30, 2021.
