K2 Show Cattle

It’s that time of year again!! Can’t wait to show what’s in the forecast this fall.

Livestock and agriculture in general teach our kids that goals are attainable, that heartache and loss are part of the process, and that to see the sun you are going to have to go through some rain, in fact without the rain the crops don’t grow. Without the storms and disappointment neither do we and for darn sure neither do our kids.
Don’t shield them from the hard, help them face it. Give them goals that are bigger then them, bigger than you. Hardest part of parenting hands down, you never want them to fall. Now, I’m going to brush myself off snd try and live my own pep talk:)
