A+ Power Washing

And now the Janitorial side of our business. This was an eviction on a 1 bedroom 1 bath. Standard cleaning on a unit like this is $150 for cleanings like this we have the upcharge for excess trash out at $100 and the property management asked for a paint prep and baseboard cleaning which we did for an additional $275 for units withing the square footage size. All of our prices are flat rate that ensure that no matter what you have us clean we follow a standard list to make sure you get the A+ grade.

We have now become A+ Power Washing and Janitorial. So now I ask is the cleaning cre for your rental paying attention to the details? More pictures of this eviction will be up on monday. Also catch a clean tank of gas at AmPm on north main on Sunday after we service their station Saturday night.

Stay tuned in tomorrow for picture and videos of the interior cleaning side of A+ Power Washing and Janitorial. I will be at what is described as an eviction style apartment cleaning.
