At our April dinner, we had the honor to put the spotlight on a young woman who has chosen to enter our industry with grace and grit.

Lily Maxwell grew up around Maxwell Truck and Equipment and made the decision to step into the family business. In this conversation, Lily shares what that experience has been like, what drives her, what she’s most excited for, and her advice to women navigating male-majority industries. Her honesty and confidence are the exact kind of energy we exist to amplify.

Friday we held another Ambassador session with guest speaker who runs Lola Wright Enterprises and leads alongside her husband.

Lola walked us through why we communicate the way we do and gave us tips for understanding ourselves first, because our impact depends on it. We opened up in the session, taking the time to practice and build each other up. This is what this program is built for: growth through connection and learning.

Our next cohort opens Summer 2026. If this type of community resonates with you, please fill out our Interest Form in our bio.

We are just one week out from our Women’s training where women from across the snow and ice management world will arrive in Minnesota ready to learn beyond what we know today, to stretch until we reach outside our comfort zone, and to stand shoulder to shoulder with others who understand the grind and level up together.

We are stepping bravely into hands-on training, sharper skills, conversations that build confidence and connection that lasts long after the training is over.

And yes… we’re bringing the fun with us too. ;)

The countdown is on. ❄️
