My current breakfast go-to and I can't get enough: sour dough toast, topped with creamy avocado, sliced tomatoes, lots of black pepper, everything bagel seasoning and a thick balsamic vinegar. Flavor on flavor on flavor...OMG!

I did a little meal prepping and whipped up these goodies: granola sweetened with dates, moong dal "egg" and veggie bake and the most fabulous mufaletta topped focaccia (which lasted about 2 days!). I need to do this more often. Do you have any quick and easy meal prep suggestions?

Does anyone else love bread as much as me? I'm working on the Bake Shop menu and so far will be offering a Sourdough Country Loaf and Cinnamon buns:) But I'd like one more item and want your advice. Should I add foccaica or scones?!?! What do you think?

The Vegan Appetizers class was delicious...but I am partial to Appetizers! We had stuffed mushrooms, dirty rice, a beautiful onion tart and a holiday broccoli braid which could definitely stand in a a main course. These winter classes were fun and I hope to see you in a Spring one!
