* position filled * Our office assistant/cashier extraordinaire has retired and we are looking to fill her shoes!
Job Description:
Candidate will be responsible for paying customers accurately (keyboard/data entry functions), answering phone calls/emails with respect and helpfulness (customer service), and keeping the workspace tidy (organization). This position requires a good bit of walking in a fast-paced environment.
Other duties include but are not limited to:
Scheduling appointments
Uploading settlement reports
Maintaining company & customer records
Prepping office supplies
Light office/employee bathroom cleaning
Must be 18+ years old to apply.
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-4:45pm
