Now that maple weekends are over. I just want to say thank you to all that came out to support us. It was great to see old faces but we love having new visitors. I hope you all know how much it is appreciated and we look for to next year.

With a good freeze up the last two nights we got some sap. Had to do some unthawing of valves and pipes but we are good to go for the last day of maple weekends. We will be firing up around 11. Come on down and check us out at Crosstown Maple. 🍁

Maple weekend # 2 is here. We open tomorrow at 10. We have sap to boil. It may be a little chilly but it will be perfect inside the sugar house. Come and join us as we make the sweet stuff.
