Firefly Fields Farm

We’re bringing back our maple coated dog treats but this time they’re fall themed! Come grab them Sunday, 9/20, for $1 each or stock up to get our B5G1 free deal!

Rain or shine this Sunday we’ll be at the RCS MS PTSO Fall Craft and Vendor Fair! We're hoping the rain holds off so we can all enjoy some fresh air and sunshine. Worst case scenario, everyone will set up in the middle school instead. Either way, come on down and stock up on our honey and maple syrup and browse all the other goodies!

Today we remember not only a tragedy and the lives of all those lost, but we remember a time when our country came together. Community and camaraderie were important then and still are now.

In the days that followed, neighbors helped neighbors, strangers came together, and we were reminded of the strength that comes from a sense of community and belonging. May we honor those we lost by once again coming alongside those around us and standing strong together.

Never forget. 🇺🇸

Happy 250th birthday to the United States of America!
We’re not only proud to say we’re Americans but we’re also proud to say we do things the American way - self sufficient and here on site. All of our maple syrup and honey is produced, harvested, and packaged here at our farm. We love going out and meeting the melting pot that is America at events and seeing the beauty of what the American community has become over all these years. We’re so thankful for the freedoms that our founding fathers established for us all.

We’re set back up and ready for the day at Shaker Heritage Society again!

Come stop by Shaker Heritage Society’s Summer Craft Fair this weekend. If you miss today you have a second chance tomorrow! We’re all set up and can’t wait to meet you all!

PS - Today is our first event debuting our new infused maple syrup. Come try the vanilla and cinnamon flavors and see which is your favorite!

We’re just a couple weeks away from the Shaker Heritage Society Summer Craft Fair! Come join us on either June 13th or 14th (or both!). There’s so many good vendors and even some fun activities for the kids!

Can y'all believe we are just three weeks away from our Summer Craft Fair! We will have over 75 artisans and crafters on-site, hands-on activities, live music, a petting zoo, and sheep shearing. Plus, Brooks BBQ will join us on Sunday, June 14.

Come enjoy a weekend of family fun at the Shaker Heritage Society on June 13, 10am - 4pm & June 14, 10am - 3pm. We will be here rain or shine! ☔☀️

We’re now in full honey bee season! New hives have been made, swarm traps are out, and the bees are busy collecting pollen and nectar. Soon enough we’ll have our first honey harvest of the year.

Fun fact, the buds of maple trees are some of the earliest food sources for bees - both honey bees and native species. That means as our maple season wraps up each year our bee season is already beginning.

If you want to start learning more about bees of all kinds, we recommend checking out The Xerces Society and the below article from Northern Woodlands. We’ve had the pleasure of meeting Kass and walking through our sugarbush with her.
