Shaba Shabu incorporates authentic Thai and Japanese cuisine served in a urban, contemporary. Shaba is the Thai word for hibiscus, the tropical flower.
Please note that we will not be able to seat any tables after 8:00 PM. Shabu in Japanese translates to swish, which refers to the creative way of preparing raw beef and seafood at the table. Prepared by owner and chef. The featured entrees, appetizers and salads are full of flavor utilizing many rich herbs and spices. Both SHABASHABU and BLACK IVORY CAFE will be closed on July 3rd and 4th in observance of INDEPENDENCE DAY.
Our normal operations will resume on Saturday July 5th at 7:30 am for Black Ivory Cafe and 11:30 am for ShabaShabu.

Thanksgiving Schedule 2024:
Shaba Shabu and Black Ivory Café will be closed on November 28th and 29th.
We will resume our normal business schedule on Saturday November 30th.

ShabaShabu will be closed all day on Sunday, February 11th.
We will resume normal hours on Monday February 12th.
